Enterprise Cross-platform Application 'Etsa Way'

Livestock waste reporting involves rigorous IFAP compliance and logistics. Farm owners needed a dedicated interface to report incidents, upload payment proofs, and track collection status. Crucially, this external client workflow had to integrate safely with Tecmic's internal operations managed by the core XTraN system.

The Solution

A custom B2B full-stack solution that connects external customers directly to the logistics fleet:

• End-to-End Service Cycle: Users authenticate to register 'Explorations' and submit 'Death Record Services' complete with GPS coordinates and animal details. The app also handles the submission of payment proofs and reception of billing info.
• Ecosystem Synchronization: The app operates in tandem with DriverMobile (another project in this portfolio). When a service created in Etsa Way is executed by a driver using DriverMobile, status updates are synchronized in real-time, closing the feedback loop for the farm owner.
• Technical Architecture: Utilizing Xamarin.Forms and LiteDB, I structured the local database to handle complex nested documents for offline reliance. I also built the backend middleware to validate business logic before writing to the central SQL Server.

Results

Digitized business processes—from regulatory reporting and payment to final waste collection—replacing error-prone paper-and-pen workflows with a unified digital experience across the XTraN ecosystem.
